The hotel is located in a beautiful spot, surrounded by stunning views and peaceful nature. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast served every morning and the friendly staff that welcomed us with a smile. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering all the amenities we needed for a relaxing weekend away.

One thing we were not happy about was the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, which was definitely in need of a more thorough cleaning. , the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and it was difficult to connect to the internet at times.

Fabulous food, excellent location, quiet area, close to city center with shops and restaurants, okay rooms, friendly barman.

The hotel offers a wonderful service with a welcome drink upon arrival, and even provides amenities for pets. The rooms are equipped with heating and have a balcony with garden furniture. The toiletries provided are of great quality, and there is even an electric kettle for my convenience. I also enjoyed watching the flat-screen TV and the comfortable carpeted floor added to the overall coziness of the room.

Spending my Xmas at this hotel was a memorable experience. the food was spectacular, and the location was spot on! Being close to the city centre and shops was a great advantage for us. the interior decoration was also impressive. It is obvious that the hotel invests heavily in these aspects.

The temperature in the rooms was difficult to regulate, and this made staying there almost unbearable. the staff did not speak other languages, other than Italian, which made it challenging to communicate.

You get the best of both worlds as it's also in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. the rooms were spacious with luxurious bathrooms that had all the necessary amenities. the breakfast spread was delicious and offered something for everyone. the hotel had fantastic facilities, including a fantastic spa and a well-equipped ski room. the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
